My Top 10 Cartoons of the 80’s
77My all time favorite cartoon would be Looney Tunes (Bugs Bunny, Coyote and Road Runner, Tweety, Sylvester, Pepe Le Pew, Speedy Gonzales, Marvin the Martian, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig etc.) and Disney Cartoons (Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Donald & Daisy Duck, Winnie the Pooh, Disney Princesses etc…etc...). I guess that would be everybody’s all time favorite too.
In the 80’s there were several great cartoons to choose from. I’ve wanted to put them all together here but that would make this too long. Some of my other favorites which are not in the list would be The Simpsons, Alvin and the Chipmunks, The Real Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Garfield, Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light, Denver the last Dinosaur, Inspector Gadget. Some of the other which I thought was 80’s cartoon were Voltes V but then I’ve learned during my research that it was shown here in the Philippines in 1978, Popeye whom I never thought was that old was actually in the comic strip in 1929 and was in the theatrical cartoon in 1933 huh, and The Flinstones and its counterpart The Jetsons which was in American TV sitcom in the 60’s.
Now here is my top10 list, by the way it is not in any order. Some of this is 20 or more than 20 years ago so let’s see if you remember this or even enjoyed these cartoons the way that I do.

They should find the Color Belt, which will bring color to the land. Rainbow Brite and the Color Kids fight to protect the world's color from the evil Murky Dismal and his clumsy sidekick, Lurky. Justin and Angie together with Corky staggered across a house in the woods where they found Professor Humprey Bumble, his robot SIR, and the time machine. There was an accident with the time machine that had caused them along with the house to travel back in time. Their journey back home was long overdue because of Prof. Bumble's miscalculations in time travel. Eventually, they make it home the exact same way they traveled into the past.

Our shared responsibility to improve Shera's present plight
Commonwealth Games is the second big international sporting event after Olympic Games. Played every four years, it brings together the best of athletes across various sporting disciplines from the culturally diverse Commonwealth nations. Commonwealth Games is called "friendly games" as it symbolizes unity among the people of the Commonwealth countries in the name of diversity and shared history.
Mascots play a crucial role in these sporting events and helps the host country to draw attention from people all over the world. Every nation who gets the honour of hosting such world-class events takes the opportunity to showcase its values and vision through the characteristics of the mascot. The costume, features and name of the mascot are chosen with a lot of care, not only to enhance popularity, but also to improve merchandising.
Ironically, in reality the lives of the mascots (although posed happy and cheerful) are in awful state!
Surprisingly, some other reports say that the Swan Hills Grizzly bear (mascot of 1978 Commonwealth Games, Edmonton) and the Red-Tailed Black Cockatoo (mascot of 2006 Commonwealth Games, Melbourne) are also endangered species.
Therefore it is our shared responsibility to do our bit and protect the "mascots in real-life" and hence our wildlife ecosystem.http://www.forexinomen.info/
